Quality Inspector

Job Overview

We are seeking a Quality Inspector to perform thorough visual and dimensional inspections of wiring harnesses, ensuring adherence to quality standards and identifying any deviations or defects.

Primary Responsibilities

• Conduct detailed visual and measurement-based inspections of wiring harness components.
• Prepare and maintain inspection reports, including Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs) and other quality-related documentation.
• Detect defects, deviations from specifications, and non-conformities, and suggest appropriate corrective measures.
• Keep precise records of all inspections, submitting reports within specified deadlines.
• Adhere strictly to safety protocols and company policies while performing inspection duties.
• Capable of working independently without supervision.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Experience in inspecting wiring harness assemblies or related electrical components.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to identify non-conformities.
• Proficient in preparing quality documentation including NCRs.
• Familiarity with safety standards and procedures.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently.
