About the Role

Instawork is seeking meticulous QA Clipper Interns to participate in a remote internship opportunity. The role involves reviewing lengthy video content and generating high-quality clips according to specific guidelines and training instructions. This position offers flexible working hours and daily payments with performance-related incentives.

Responsibilities

• Watch long-form videos accelerated at 4x speed to efficiently process content.
• Create precise video clips that adhere strictly to given quality assurance rubrics and training.
• Ensure clips meet standards regarding relevance, timing, and overall quality.
• Consistently fulfill daily productivity goals by maintaining steady output.
• Incorporate feedback to progressively enhance the accuracy of video clipping tasks.

Daily Target and Compensation

The expectation is to clip approximately 30 hours of video daily, feasible through accelerated viewing speeds. The internship stipend is ₹24,000 per month plus additional bonuses based on performance.
