QHSE Engineer

Role Overview

Join Eaton Arabia as a Quality, Health, Safety, and Environment (QHSE) Engineer based in Dammam, Eastern, Saudi Arabia. This position involves implementing and managing the Quality Management System compliant with ISO 9001:2015, alongside the HSE Management System standards ISO 45001:2018 and ISO 14001:2015.

Key Duties

• Oversee compliance and implementation of ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015, and ISO 45001:2018 standards.
• Manage customer complaints by establishing effective corrective and preventive actions.
• Update and analyze data from customer satisfaction surveys to enhance service quality.
• Administer QMS documentation, including maintaining and documenting any amendments.
• Support the QHSE Manager in coordinating the annual internal audit, interpret audit outcomes, and resolve any observations and non-conformance reports (NCRs).
• Coordinate resolution of internal NCRs across departments by defining corrective measures before closure.
• Arrange evaluations of the company’s Quality Management System by external bodies or consultants as necessary.
• Assist in both internal and external Integrated Management System (IMS) audits.
• Track and review the effectiveness of the IMS by analyzing internal audits and corrective action implementation and initiating new improvements.
• Maintain records of customer satisfaction survey data and prepare related performance reports including customer satisfaction indexes and Net Promoter Scores.
• Collaborate with departments to develop corrective actions based on survey analysis.
• Administer document control for all QHSE records, ensuring company management system documents are accessible via the company server to all staff.

Required Experience and Qualifications

• 5 to 7 years of relevant experience in QHSE engineering or related fields.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.
• Proficient in English with strong communication and report writing abilities.
• Certified in QMS implementation and Quality Assurance practices.
