This role involves managing comprehensive quality assurance initiatives across multidisciplinary project phases including design, procurement, construction, testing, commissioning, and handover for theme park and entertainment infrastructures.

Key Responsibilities

• Establish and uphold the Project Quality Management System aligned with ISO 9001 standards and client-specific quality requirements.
• Evaluate and oversee Quality Plans, Inspection and Test Plans, and procedural documents submitted by contractors and consultants.
• Ensure adherence to contractual obligations, approved designs, technical specifications, standards, and regulatory demands.
• Coordinate quality assurance efforts between design consultants, contractors, supervision teams, and specialized vendors.
• Conduct audits, inspections, surveillance, and management reviews to verify compliance with quality processes.
• Track inspections, material approvals, testing protocols, and maintain quality documentation throughout project lifecycle.
• Manage Non-Conformance Reports, corrective actions, observations, and improvements to enhance quality performance.
• Analyze KPIs and develop reports for project leadership and client stakeholders.
• Organize factory and site acceptance tests along with system mock-ups and sample approvals for critical installations.
• Support commissioning and testing phases ensuring readiness and documentation integrity.
• Oversee quality during snagging, handover, and defects liability period ensuring completion and compliance.
• Review as-built and operational manuals to confirm alignment with project requirements.
• Promote continuous improvement, quality awareness, and foster a cooperative quality culture among all project participants.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, Quality Management, or related fields.
• Professional certifications such as ISO 9001 Lead Auditor or Certified Quality Engineer highly favored.
• At least 12 years’ experience in QA/QC within large-scale hospitality, entertainment, mixed-use, or destination developments.
• Proven expertise in deploying and managing Quality Management Systems in complex Design & Build projects.
• Experience encompassing the full project lifecycle from design through defect liability periods.
• Familiarity with themed entertainment, attraction systems, and specialized ride and show system installations is strongly preferred.
• Extensive knowledge of international quality standards, construction quality best practices, and regulatory compliance.
• GCC region work experience is advantageous.

• Excellent organizational and reporting skills capable of managing diverse quality workflows.
