About the Role
This opportunity welcomes experienced software engineers to contribute remotely in developing next-generation AI systems. The position focuses on enhancing how AI models learn and perform by supplying them with superior quality, real-world data. Prior experience in artificial intelligence is not a prerequisite; instead, expertise in your technology domain is highly valued.
Responsibilities and Expectations
- Develop software components primarily using Python3, Java, Rust, Go, C++, or TypeScript.
- Design and implement efficient algorithms and data structures emphasizing performance optimization.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complicated software issues, ensuring maintainability.
- Contribute to feature development and undertake codebase refactoring efforts.
- Optimize applications for better scalability and execution speed.
- Collaborate effectively within cross-functional teams, often in remote environments, and communicate clearly with attention to detail.
Qualifications
- Proficient in at least Python3, Java, Rust, or TypeScript, with experience in C++ or Go considered an advantage.
- Strong grasp of algorithms, data structures, and software debugging techniques.
- Experience producing clean, maintainable code and improving software design.
- Effective communicator both in written and verbal forms.
Preferred Skills
- Hands-on experience with large distributed codebases.
- Knowledge of AI or machine learning system environments is beneficial but not mandatory.
- Participation in detailed code reviews and adherence to best software engineering practices.
