Key Responsibilities

• Support procurement activities by sourcing materials and supplies, researching competitive pricing, and ensuring adherence to purchasing policies and protocols.
• Inspect and verify product deliveries, confirming accuracy against purchase orders, invoices, and quality specifications.
• Fulfill departmental requisitions by issuing items promptly while managing stock levels; notify management of shortages or product unavailability.
• Handle invoice processing by receiving, verifying, scanning documents, and resolving discrepancies to ensure prompt payment processing.
• Assist in the inventory management through routine stocktaking, recording received goods into tracking systems, and reporting discrepancies.

Qualifications and Skills
