Role and Responsibilities

• Lead the complete procurement process using the Account Management System (AMS).
• Formulate procurement strategies that align with company goals.
• Source, assess, onboard, and cultivate relationships with both domestic and international suppliers.
• Negotiate prices, contractual terms, payment conditions, and commercial deals effectively.
• Implement cost-saving measures and value engineering techniques.
• Collaborate closely with Finance, Inventory, Warehouse, Category, and Supply Chain departments.
• Track purchase budgets, procurement KPIs, and assess vendor performance consistently.
• Ensure procurement activities are timely and maintain optimal inventory levels.
• Oversee purchase order processing, approvals, Goods Received Notes (GRNs), and maintain procurement documentation.
• Comply strictly with procurement policies, applicable laws, and internal control standards.
• Prepare Management Information System (MIS) reports, analyze spend data, generate procurement dashboards, and create presentations for executives.
• Lead and develop the procurement team while fostering continuous process improvements.
