Property Sales Manager

Job Overview

We are seeking a Property Sales Manager based in Chennai with 3-5 years of experience. The ideal candidate will be skilled in acquiring commercial and residential properties, managing tenant agreements, and handling administrative responsibilities related to property management.

Responsibilities

• Identify and shortlist suitable commercial and residential properties for acquisition.
• Understand and manage lease agreements including registration, renewals, and terminations.
• Collaborate effectively with brokers, landlords, and developers.
• Oversee administrative tasks such as repairs, maintenance, and utility management (electricity, water, internet).
• Resolve escalations independently and ensure issues are addressed through to completion.
• Be prepared to travel frequently and manage multiple locations.

Candidate Requirements

• 3 to 5 years of experience in property acquisition or related roles.
• In-depth knowledge of lease agreement processes and property management.
• Strong ability to liaise with brokers, landlords, and developers.
• Capable of managing property-related administrative duties.
• Ability to independently handle escalations and take ownership of issues.
• Willingness to travel extensively.
• Must have been raised in Chennai and be fluent in the local language.

Compensation

The position offers a monthly remuneration ranging from INR 40,000 to INR 45,000.
