Role Overview
We are seeking a knowledgeable Project Manager for a 12-month fixed-term contract who will be responsible for leading the planning, mobilisation, and execution of complex installation projects. The role requires ensuring that all projects are completed safely, efficiently, and with customer satisfaction from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the complete delivery process for large-scale installation projects.
- Create and manage detailed project schedules, delivery programs, and installation frameworks.
- Coordinate contractors and suppliers to meet project milestones within budget and timeline while adhering to safety standards.
- Engage closely with customers and stakeholders throughout the entire project lifecycle.
- Manage site mobilisation and oversee installation activities with attention to safety and compliance.
- Conduct site inductions and ensure all health, safety, and compliance protocols are followed.
- Track project progress, analyze risks, and implement effective mitigation plans.
- Handle project budgets, allocate resources efficiently, and fulfill reporting responsibilities.
- Maintain excellent stakeholder engagement and uphold high standards of customer service during project delivery.
- Drive project success through planning, communication, and leadership excellence.
Candidate Requirements
- Proven experience in managing construction, infrastructure, or sizable installation projects.
- Experience handling complex site-based projects from inception through completion.
- Strong skills in contractor coordination and stakeholder relationship management.
- Capability to develop and oversee project schedules, delivery plans, and financial budgets.
- Thorough understanding of site safety practices, compliance, and induction processes.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
- Aptitude for managing multiple concurrent workstreams and delivering projects on schedule.
- Experience with temporary facilities, modular infrastructure, or site accommodation projects is considered advantageous.
