Role overview
3S Industry is hiring a Project Manager in Texas to lead technical and operational execution for product installations across North America. The role combines project leadership, customer coordination, vendor management, and support for business growth.
Technical expertise
You will become the North American subject matter expert for installing 3S products, making sure work is carried out according to company standards and quality expectations.
Project leadership
This position oversees projects from the point of defining requirements through deployment. You will manage timelines, scope, and implementation planning while working closely with 3S specialists and customers to keep milestones on track and reduce project risks.
Project development and management
Maintain detailed project plans, ensuring delivery stays aligned with schedule, quality, and budget targets. You will monitor progress continuously and adjust plans when needed.
Vendor and customer relations
Build productive working relationships with vendors and track their performance to support timely project delivery. You will also serve as the connection point between customers and internal teams such as Sales, R&D, and Operations to strengthen partnerships and meet project needs.
Risk and solution management
Spot possible risks early and work with team members and management to develop practical solutions that keep projects moving successfully.
Sales and business support
Partner with the Sales team to identify new business opportunities and support existing accounts, helping improve customer satisfaction and contribute to business growth.
Qualifications
A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Construction Management, Mechanical Engineering, or a related discipline is required. PMP certification is preferred. The ideal candidate will have strong people skills as well as clear verbal and written communication abilities. Experience in construction management and/or wind turbine projects is preferred. The role may require flexible workdays and hours, and travel of up to 25%.
