Role Summary

Join as a Project Manager coordinating AI data initiatives, operating fully remotely within the USA. This full-time role offers hourly compensation between $45 and $55, accommodating 10 to 40 hours per week.

Core Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary daily contact overseeing AI data projects to ensure seamless execution and operational flow.
• Work closely with program leaders and domain specialists to convert leadership directions into detailed actionable guidelines.
• Assist in onboarding and supporting new domain experts during program growth stages.
• Engage in weekly business review meetings, maintaining organized records of notes and action items, and take charge in leading discussions when needed.
• Detect quality concerns, perform root cause analysis, and communicate insights effectively across teams.
• Collaborate with research and product stakeholders to develop and enhance project protocols.
• Proactively identify potential challenges and contribute to their resolution.
• Maintain tracking of project milestones and deliverables utilizing tools such as Google Sheets and Excel.
• Remain flexible and adaptive to shifting project requirements and priorities.

Candidate Requirements

• Proven experience in project coordination or management roles, preferably with AI training-data or human-data projects.
• Strong grounding in STEM disciplines is highly favored.
• Practical proficiency in data management, including advanced Excel and SQL skills, along with a basic understanding of coding.
• Experience in people management or demonstrated capability to lead and coordinate large teams efficiently.
• Must reside within the United States.
