Role Overview

The Project Management Officer (PMO) position is a full-time, on-site role based in Riyadh. The individual will oversee the planning, coordination, and supervision of projects throughout the organization to ensure alignment with strategic aims and on-time, budget-compliant delivery. Daily duties include aiding project managers with scheduling, managing resource allocation, monitoring project progression, generating status reports, and maintaining project documentation and dashboards.

Collaboration with multiple departments is essential to identify potential risks, address arising issues, and guarantee seamless communication among relevant stakeholders. Additionally, the PMO will play a key role in enhancing project management methodologies, standards, and tools, fostering greater efficiency and uniformity across initiatives.

Candidate Profile and Requirements

• Proven expertise in Project and Program Management, with a track record of coordinating multiple projects and managing deadlines and deliverables.
• Strong budgeting capabilities and analytical aptitude to effectively plan, monitor, and refine project costs and performance indicators.
• Exceptional communication skills for facilitating collaboration, preparing comprehensive reports, and engaging with stakeholders at different organizational levels.
• Previous experience in a PMO or project leadership capacity, ideally within the food, FMCG, or allied sectors.
• Familiarity with project management software such as MS Project, Jira, or equivalents, along with proficiency in MS Office tools, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
• Education background includes a Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Project Management, or a closely related discipline; possessing project management certification like PMP or PRINCE2 is advantageous.
• Excellent organization, meticulous attention to detail, and capability to perform efficiently within a dynamic, on-site work environment in Riyadh.
