Role Overview

This is a full-time opportunity to join a leading AI research team supporting innovative generative AI projects. The Project Coordinator will act as the operational link between program leadership and domain experts, ensuring smooth workflows and efficient research operations within a top technology and information company.

Key Responsibilities

Act as the primary day-to-day contact for AI data projects ensuring seamless operations and workflow management.
Work closely with program leads and domain experts to interpret leadership directives into clear, actionable guidelines for expert teams.
Support onboarding and ongoing assistance for new experts as the AI research program grows.
Organize and participate in weekly business reviews, manage meeting notes, track action items, and lead calls when necessary.
Identify quality issues, conduct root cause analyses, and disseminate improvement insights across teams to enhance project outcomes.

Required Qualifications

Experience in project coordination or management, ideally within STEM disciplines.
Proficiency with project tracking using tools like Google Sheets and Microsoft Excel.
Capability to collaborate with research and product partners to develop and refine project guidelines.
Strong organizational ability to handle notes, action items, and cross-functional communication effectively.
Experience working with technical teams in dynamic environments, demonstrating adaptability to quickly evolving project requirements.

Additional Information

This position is full-time under a W-2 employment arrangement facilitated by a specialized workforce provider, with potential assignment at a prominent AI laboratory. The employer values diversity and hires based solely on skills and qualifications without regard to background or prior work history.

Compensation

The role offers an hourly payout between $45 and $70.
