Role Overview
The Project Assistant plays a key role in managing projects by overseeing planning and scheduling, allocating resources, accounting, and ensuring quality and safety compliance. This position involves a variety of project management tasks including using software tools for project planning and cost control, managing time effectively, maintaining project specifications, administering contracts, and supervising safety procedures.
Key Requirements
- Proficiency with Microsoft Project, Word, Excel, Teams/Tremble Construction One, and Vista or similar project management software
- Possession of a bachelor's degree, ideally in Engineering or a construction-related discipline
- Capability to contribute effectively to construction projects ranging from $2 million to $25 million, covering all phases from site clearing through pavement marking
- Willingness and ability to travel regionally as needed
