Job Overview

This is a full-time position with no night shifts and infrequent weekend or holiday work, offering a compensation plan designed to maximize your earnings potential. The guaranteed starting pay is $14.00 per hour during a 5-6 day training period, rising to at least $15.00 per hour thereafter, with potential earnings between $17 and $24 per hour for those who hold a valid driver's license, can operate a company vehicle, and demonstrate leadership skills.

Role Details

As a house cleaner, you will serve families who need help maintaining their homes, bringing them comfort and satisfaction. Training is provided for all new hires, so prior experience is not required. You will learn a proven cleaning system aimed at ensuring customer satisfaction and enabling repeat business.

Key Responsibilities

• Clean clients' homes following company standards and cleaning procedures.
• Maintain polite, positive, and professional communication with customers and team members.
• For team leaders: manage schedules, operate company vehicles, maintain equipment, and oversee work quality and teammate coordination.

Minimum Requirements

• Authorization to work legally within the United States.

• Availability to work Monday to Friday, typically between 7:45 AM and 5:00 PM, with some days extending past 6:00 PM.
• Effective communication skills with clients.
