Position Overview

We are hiring a Production Worker located in Weeze, Germany, within the defence sector. This full-time onsite role involves manufacturing and repairing aircraft structural components, specifically fuselage parts.

Key Responsibilities

Carry out assigned manufacturing instructions for aircraft structural parts.
Perform repairs on aircraft structural components as per instructions.
Accurately document all tasks completed.
Maintain close communication with team leaders and production managers.
Participate actively in the company’s reporting system.

Required Qualifications and Skills

Completed technical vocational training.
Prior experience in production environments.
High manual dexterity and physical fitness.
Capability to work efficiently under pressure.
Able to interpret technical drawings.
Proficient in spoken and written German or English.
Willing to work in shifts.
Willingness to undergo SÜ2 security clearance.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in aircraft or aircraft component manufacturing.
