Production Planning Supervisor

Position Overview

The Production Planning Supervisor role requires the development and oversight of production schedules to guarantee smooth operational flow and timely completion of production goals. This position includes coordinating all production-related activities, supervising inventory levels, rearranging schedules to resolve operational issues, and maximizing production capacity to align with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Create comprehensive weekly production plans based on the monthly production demands.
• Modify schedules promptly to counter any production line failures or gaps to ensure achievement of all ordered quantities per SKU by week’s end.
• Continuously oversee daily inventory of input materials and SKU coverage, taking necessary steps to maintain availability of all production-related products such as preforms and closures.
• Issue Production Orders and supervise the execution of operations to align with the production schedule.
• Compile the master production schedule each month.

Experience and Qualifications

• A minimum of 2 years experience in production or planning roles.
• Proven background in the FMCG food industry.
• Demonstrated leadership capabilities within planning functions.
