Job Overview
This role involves analyzing customer programs to efficiently schedule manufacturing orders while ensuring deadlines, quality, and service levels are met.
Primary Responsibilities
- Collaborate with production teams to verify schedule feasibility.
- Receive, assess, and analyze schedules sent by clients.
- Communicate with client planners to confirm any modifications to the existing schedules.
- Notify production and engineering departments about changes in reference points or production levels.
- Conduct short- and medium-term evaluation of production capacity relative to client schedules.
- Prepare comprehensive capacity studies to support production planning.
- Prepare and communicate delivery status updates to relevant staff members.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Minimum bachelor's degree in Business, Management IT, Logistics, or an equivalent field.
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar planning role.
- Proficient knowledge of SAP software.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Good proficiency in English language.
- Demonstrated seriousness, rigor, and autonomy in work approach.
- Ability to adapt promptly to changes and maintain responsiveness.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
