Responsibilities

Consistently produce high-quality finished goods by adhering to established standard operating procedures.
Transform raw materials into final products while ensuring continuous improvement in the working environment.
Work collaboratively with the team to meet key performance metrics within the production area.
Maintain a strong focus on safety and product quality throughout the production process.

Requirements

Competent in written, numerical, and verbal communication skills.
Ability to sustain the standard work pace at full production line speed.
Displays initiative, adaptability, and a constructive attitude in a dynamic work setting.
Prior experience in food manufacturing is beneficial but not mandatory.
