Production Merchandiser

About the Role

Kalyani Innerwear is looking for a Production Merchandiser to oversee quality assurance and production planning in their facility based in Loni, Uttar Pradesh. The role involves ensuring compliance with quality standards, managing vendor relationships, and supervising the production workflow to meet delivery targets effectively.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a comprehensive quality plan aligned with the company’s Quality Assurance policies to meet established quality system requirements.
• Plan production schedules including line planning, setting targets, managing work-in-progress (WIP), and applying efficient work methods and maintenance practices.
• Conduct supervision of sample evaluation and production approval processes by reviewing measurements, workmanship, fitting, accessories, and providing feedback on production standards.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors and suppliers to secure necessary materials for new product lines.
• Perform quality checks at multiple checkpoints throughout production, manage workflow forecasting, and ensure on-time deliveries with maintained quality standards.

Candidate Requirements

• Experience of 2 to 3 years in production merchandising or related fields.

Compensation

Salary offered up to 25,000 INR per month.
