Production Manager

Overview

We are seeking a Production Manager to oversee the manufacturing of specific products at our Kumasi facility. The role focuses on improving operational efficiency through careful management of production processes and team leadership.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage all activities within the production department.
• Inspire and lead the production team to achieve production goals while maintaining high quality standards.
• Implement and enhance systems and equipment to boost productivity and efficiency.
• Continuously monitor and evaluate production data to pinpoint bottlenecks and areas for improvement.
• Establish frameworks for systematic planning, tracking, and reporting of production activities.

Qualifications and Skills

• A bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience is required.
• At least one year of experience in production management.
• Minimum of one year experience in a technical leadership capacity.
• Competence in leadership, problem-solving, and data analysis.
• Proficiency in prototyping and strong skills in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
