Role Overview
This full-time position based onsite in Abu Dhabi entails supporting daily production operations in signage and printing. The Production Associate will assist in setting up equipment, handling materials, and coordinating workflow to ensure projects meet deadlines. Core tasks include operating and supervising machinery such as printers, cutters, and laminators securely and accurately, conducting routine quality inspections to detect defects, and collaborating with team members to sustain uniform quality standards. The role also requires maintaining an organized workspace, following strict safety procedures, and adapting flexibly to evolving project requirements.
Qualifications and Skills
- Experience or skills supporting production lines and manufacturing activities.
- Aptitude in machine operation including setup, monitoring, and safe handling of printing and signage equipment.
- Attention to detail for quality control of raw materials and finished products.
- Ability to adjust quickly to different tasks and workflows within a dynamic environment.
- Basic understanding of printing, signage, or related manufacturing processes is advantageous.
- Capability to follow instructions, maintain safety standards, and work well within a team.
- Previous exposure to production or signage facility operations is preferred but not mandatory.
- Minimum education: high school diploma or equivalent; eagerness to learn and grow is expected.
