Job Overview
The role involves operating injection moulding machinery that processes thermoplastic or thermoset materials to manufacture plastic components, guaranteeing adherence to safety guidelines and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Set up and operate thermoplastic/thermoset injection moulding machines.
- Monitor machinery during production to maintain optimum functionality.
- Adjust machine settings and parameters as necessary to ensure high-quality output.
- Conduct routine maintenance to prevent equipment breakdowns.
- Troubleshoot and resolve production issues for continuous operational efficiency.
