Role Overview

The Product team at Revolut is dedicated to creating seamless, scalable products by solving complex challenges in collaboration with Design, Engineering, and Data teams. We are seeking a Technical Product Owner to lead the development and management of our cryptocurrency infrastructure and trading features. You will be responsible for the product roadmap focused on delivering secure, scalable, and innovative crypto experiences globally.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the entire lifecycle of crypto-related products and features at a worldwide scale, continuously pushing boundaries in fintech.
• Develop clear product requirements for robust, scalable backend systems.
• Manage integrations with external providers including liquidity venues, custodians, and market data sources.
• Collaborate effectively across teams such as Engineering, Risk and Compliance, and Treasury to develop resilient and compliant features embedded with real-time financial and regulatory logic.
• Utilize data analysis and user research to identify issues, investigate anomalies, and enhance pricing, latency, and trade user experience.
• Prepare the product for expansion into new asset classes, geographic markets, and regulatory environments.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years' experience as a product owner or in technical product management within fintech, crypto, or financial infrastructure.
• Strong understanding of backend architectures and financial system designs.
• Proven track record delivering high-performance solutions in regulated sectors.
• Familiarity with trading mechanisms in both crypto and traditional financial markets.
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills to align with diverse internal stakeholders.
• Analytical mindset with expertise in interpreting structured data and engaging in system design discussions.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with digital asset products in financial technology or cryptocurrency domains.
• Knowledge of regulatory frameworks relevant to crypto assets.
• Practical experience using prototyping and user testing tools.
• Interest in behavioral design and gamification techniques within product development.
