Position Overview
This remote contract role as a Workflow Annotator combines product management and marketing expertise, requiring engagement between 10 to 40 hours weekly with hourly pay ranging from $13 to $36. The position involves designing and documenting authentic workflows using collaboration platforms and related business tools for thorough operational insight.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and record genuine product management and marketing workflows leveraging collaboration and business tools.
- Directly implement workflows within platforms, noting actions, decisions, and outcomes precisely.
- Integrate complementary tools and data sources to produce realistic workflow scenarios.
- Produce well-structured documentation detailing stepwise processes, goals, and expected results.
- Detect and report ambiguous or unrealistic scenarios, collaborating with stakeholders to refine workflows.
- Maintain accuracy, consistency, and credibility throughout all workflow deliverables.
- Effectively articulate workflow specifics to support review, annotation, and training activities.
Candidate Qualifications
- Proven background in product management, product marketing, growth marketing, or similar fields.
- Expertise with collaboration tools like Slack along with Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace.
- Experience preparing business-critical documents such as PRDs, briefs, roadmaps, trackers, and executive summaries.
- Capability to clearly document sophisticated workflows involving multiple tools.
- Exceptional attention to detail and dedication to producing high-quality work.
- Strong verbal and written communication proficiency.
- Prior knowledge of analytics, reporting, or business intelligence platforms is advantageous.
