This full-time Product Manager role is based in Berlin, Germany, requiring onsite presence. The role focuses on B2B SaaS products with special emphasis on AI and Agritech sectors, particularly in early-stage startup settings. Candidates must possess valid work authorization for Germany.

Ideal Candidate Profile

The suitable candidate will have 2 to 4 years' experience in B2B SaaS, preferably within early-stage companies. Strong prioritization skills are essential to effectively balance customer demands, technical debt, and new feature development. The candidate should be capable of leading an engineering and design team, demonstrate sufficient technical knowledge to engage in system design discussions and data modeling, and show enthusiasm for a sustainability-driven and profit-focused company environment, often operating with limited resources.

Required Qualifications

• Two to four years of professional experience in complex B2B sectors such as healthcare, insurance, or logistics.
• Experience shipping products in resource-limited, early-stage startup contexts.
• Proven expertise in handling advanced methodologies including scientific computations and regulatory compliance.
• Active usage of modern AI tools to enhance product management processes like synthesis and prototyping.
• Passion for sustainability or agriculture with a strong mission-driven mindset.
• Demonstrated high ownership and accountability in prior roles.
