Role overview
The Product Manager will own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for cloud platforms and related business applications. The position calls for close partnership with stakeholders, a strong focus on evidence-based decisions, and a commitment to delivering high-quality products using agile practices, established industry methods, and a user-first approach.

What this role will do
- Shape and communicate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap with leadership and key stakeholders.
- Study market conditions, review industry movements, and identify opportunities for innovation and differentiation.
- Use data and research to prioritise features and strengthen the product’s value proposition.
- Serve as an internal advocate for the product and help build a stronger product-led mindset across the organisation.
- Translate strategic priorities into roadmap items and manage feature intake accordingly.
- Create and prioritise the backlog, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Define sprint objectives, coordinate release planning, and track sprint delivery.
- Follow development progress, resolve production issues, and improve agile ways of working based on outcomes and feedback.
- Partner with business teams, leadership, and technology groups to keep product goals aligned with business needs.
- Review user needs, preferences, and feedback to improve product decisions and outcomes.
- Maintain smooth coordination and communication across cross-functional teams.
- Build and sustain relationships with external partners and industry specialists to strengthen the product offering.
- Keep track of market trends, new technologies, and evolving best practices.
- Drive iterative enhancements to improve performance and user satisfaction.
- Encourage innovation by adopting relevant technologies and modern product development methods.
- Promote ongoing learning and continuous improvement within the product management team.
Stakeholders
Internal stakeholders include business unit heads, engineering and development teams, UX/UI designers, data science and analytics teams, and sales and marketing teams. External stakeholders include industry partners, clients and end users, technology vendors, regulatory authorities, and research institutions.
Technical focus
The role is connected to cloud architecture and system design, cloud governance and risk management, software development lifecycle and governance, and user experience and product design.
Qualifications and experience
A bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred. Professional certifications such as CSPO, PMI-ACP, or SAFe Product Manager/Product Owner are preferred. The role requires more than 10 years of experience in product management, ideally in cloud platforms, SaaS, or enterprise applications.
