Product Manager

Role Overview

The Product Manager will play a pivotal role throughout the entire product lifecycle, guiding the product from its strategy phase through to its market release. Reporting to the Product Lead, you will assist in developing the Product team's roadmap, ensuring smooth functionality, prioritizing the backlog effectively, and driving the product vision to fruition. This role demands cross-functional collaboration, requiring partnership with the Technology team and internal stakeholders, while also considering feedback from external partners.

Responsibilities

• Design and enhance product innovations aligning with the needs of both internal stakeholders and customers.
• Define clear product goals and key performance indicators, and effectively communicate the product roadmap to all relevant parties.
• Develop a profound understanding of customer experiences to identify product gaps and conceive new ideas aimed at expanding market share, enhancing user experience, and encouraging growth.
• Draft detailed product feature requirements and prepare associated documentation.
• Collaborate closely with the technical team to ensure rapid market delivery and efficient resource use.
• Oversee streamlined product launches, coordinating with management, public relations, and product teams.
• Engage directly with customers to gather feedback on Qashio's products and services.
• Work within an agile framework alongside internal teams adhering to project timelines.
• Participate actively in team sprints and daily stand-ups.

Qualifications and Experience

• Minimum of six years' experience in product management, leadership, or software engineering within a B2B SaaS context.
• Proven capability to manage every phase of a product’s life cycle successfully.
• Strong technical background with practical software development knowledge.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities coupled with a proactive approach to diagnosing and resolving issues innovatively.
• Hands-on experience with SaaS product management and familiarity with relevant tools and technologies.
• Exceptional written and oral communication skills.
• Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Experience or interest in fintech, with prior work in a fintech environment considered a significant plus.
• Good grasp of accounting and expense management software.
• Previous use of Jira for project management.
• Knowledge of communication and collaboration platforms like Slack, Zoom, Google Teams, and Asana.
