Product Designer (UX/UI)

Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled UI/UX Designer for a contract position with remote work flexibility. Compensation ranges from $22 to $70 per hour, with weekly hours varying between 10 and 40.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, review, and critically analyze user-friendly interfaces and experiences across multiple digital platforms.
• Assess the usability and functionality of AI-powered products, offering practical feedback to enhance performance.
• Develop wireframes, interactive prototypes, and user flow diagrams to communicate and test design ideas for AI training interfaces.
• Work collaboratively with diverse teams to comprehend requirements and produce impactful design solutions.
• Clearly articulate and document design decisions through written and verbal communication.
• Engage in iterative design cycles, integrating data insights and user feedback to evolve the product.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience as a UX/UI Designer with a comprehensive portfolio showcasing user-focused designs for web or mobile applications.
• Proficiency in design software such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or equivalent tools.
• Strong knowledge of UX research techniques, usability assessment, and iterative design processes.
• Able to incorporate and adapt designs based on constructive feedback and changing requirements.
• Insight into accessible, inclusive design standards and guidelines.
