Overview
This role, based in Saudi Arabia, involves transforming complex product and user data into strategic insights to promote business growth and enhance customer experiences. As a Product Analyst, you will operate at the nexus of analytics, product management, and business strategy to optimize digital product performance via data-driven decisions. Collaboration across multiple teams to assess new features, refine user journeys, and discover opportunities for revenue and engagement growth is essential. This is a fully remote position in a dynamic environment that values innovation, ownership, and learning.
Key Responsibilities
- Examine product metrics and user interactions to uncover trends and potential enhancements.
- Establish, track, and enhance key indicators like retention, conversion rates, lifetime value, revenue, and churn.
- Create and sustain dashboards and reports aiding decision-making for Product, Marketing, and Operations divisions.
- Carry out comprehensive analyses of user journeys, feature use, promotional activities, and overall product health.
- Collaborate with Product Managers on the assessment of new editions, feature updates, and A/B testing efforts.
- Detect obstacles in the customer experience and recommend improvements supported by data.
- Work with data teams to ensure analytical data is accurate, consistent, and accessible.
- Translate complex data analyses into clear recommendations for both technical and business stakeholders.
- Support segmentation, customization projects, and market research to maximize user interaction and business performance.
Required Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience as a Product Analyst, Data Analyst, or equivalent role with digital products.
- Advanced knowledge of SQL with proficiency in managing large datasets.
- Practical experience with BI tools like Tableau, Power BI, Looker, or similar platforms.
- Strong grasp of product analytics concepts, customer behavior studies, experimentation, and A/B testing methods.
- Familiarity with event-driven analytics tools such as Google Analytics 4, Amplitude, or Mixpanel is a bonus.
- Understanding of digital product monetization, customer lifecycle management, or platform analytics is preferred.
- Excellent analytical mindset, problem-solving skills, and meticulous attention to detail.
- Superior communication skills to effectively present findings to diverse audiences.
- Knowledge of Python or statistical tools is advantageous.
- Highly motivated, flexible, and effective in collaborative remote settings.
