Procurement Specialist

Overview

We are seeking an experienced Procurement Specialist with a strong background in vendor management to rigorously evaluate AI-generated work products such as documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks. The role demands applying deep industry expertise to assess content for accuracy, completeness, and domain relevance.

Key Responsibilities

• Review AI-created deliverables against established quality standards specific to procurement and vendor management.
• Detect and document factual inaccuracies, aesthetic flaws, and issues in presentation quality.
• Provide well-structured and clear written evaluations as feedback on assessed materials.

Qualifications

• Minimum of five years' professional experience in procurement and vendor management roles.
• Fluent or professionally proficient in English communication.
• Strong skills with Microsoft Office suite and Google Workspace tools, with emphasis on slide presentation software (PowerPoint, Google Slides).
• Possession of an advanced degree (Master's or higher) from a reputable institution is preferred but not required.

Additional Information

This position offers an hourly compensation range of $80 to $120. The role is contracted and requires onsite presence in Canada.
