Primary Responsibilities

• Oversee the complete procurement lifecycle for automation products, smart meters, and related materials.
• Identify, assess, and negotiate with domestic and international suppliers to secure optimal pricing, quality, and delivery conditions.
• Develop and sustain robust partnerships with vendors and strategic allies.
• Generate and process purchase orders aligned with company procurement guidelines.
• Track supplier performance, ensure adherence to delivery timelines, and maintain product quality standards.
• Collaborate with teams from engineering, sales, warehouse, and finance to guarantee prompt procurement aligned with project needs.
• Research the market to find new vendors and uncover cost-saving possibilities.
• Keep precise procurement documentation, including contracts and records.
• Manage inventory levels effectively to support operational requirements.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• A bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or related disciplines.
• Between five and seven years of procurement experience, ideally within automation, electrical, instrumentation, or smart metering sectors.
• Demonstrated capability managing relationships with both local and international suppliers.
• Strong negotiation tactics, excellent communication, and supplier relationship management skills.
• Understanding of import-export processes and international procurement standards.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP software platforms.
• Capable analytical, organizational, and problem-solving capabilities.
