About MEMF Electrical Industries Co.

Primary Responsibilities
- Oversee the complete procurement lifecycle for automation products, smart meters, and related materials.
- Identify, assess, and negotiate with domestic and international suppliers to secure optimal pricing, quality, and delivery conditions.
- Develop and sustain robust partnerships with vendors and strategic allies.
- Generate and process purchase orders aligned with company procurement guidelines.
- Track supplier performance, ensure adherence to delivery timelines, and maintain product quality standards.
- Collaborate with teams from engineering, sales, warehouse, and finance to guarantee prompt procurement aligned with project needs.
- Research the market to find new vendors and uncover cost-saving possibilities.
- Keep precise procurement documentation, including contracts and records.
- Manage inventory levels effectively to support operational requirements.
Required Qualifications and Skills
- A bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or related disciplines.
- Between five and seven years of procurement experience, ideally within automation, electrical, instrumentation, or smart metering sectors.
- Demonstrated capability managing relationships with both local and international suppliers.
- Strong negotiation tactics, excellent communication, and supplier relationship management skills.
- Understanding of import-export processes and international procurement standards.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP software platforms.
- Capable analytical, organizational, and problem-solving capabilities.
