About the Role

Cove & Co., a division of General Paints Group, is embarking on an exciting expansion by launching a new e-commerce platform coupled with a dedicated fulfilment operation. We are searching for a practical, organised, and commercially savvy professional to fill the role of Procurement Coordinator & E-Commerce Operations based at our retail location in Cornmarket, Dublin 8.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle purchasing activities and inventory management for both retail and e-commerce channels.
• Manage the processing and fulfilment of online orders from receipt to dispatch.
• Coordinate courier pickups, deliveries, and monitor order tracking.
• Support Click & Collect services across our retail store network.
• Maintain precise inventory records and generate operational reports.
• Collaborate closely with suppliers, warehouse teams, and store managers to ensure effective stock availability and customer satisfaction.
• Contribute to the development and improvement of our evolving e-commerce fulfilment processes.

Candidate Profile

• Experience in procurement, inventory control, retail or warehouse operations, e-commerce, or fulfilment functions is essential.
• Strong organisational skills with keen attention to detail.
• A proactive and hands-on approach to daily operational tasks.
• Excellent communicator with effective problem-solving capabilities.
• Comfortable working with systems, interpreting stock data, and preparing reports.
• Adaptable individual who thrives in a fast-paced retail environment with diverse daily activities.
