  • Assemble closing-ready files by collecting the documents needed to satisfy underwriting conditions and obtain any certifications required by the loan, property, investor, insurer, or appraisal. Share scheduled closings with the Closing Department at least 48 hours in advance and deliver the completed file package.
  • Finish all required company training within the specified deadlines.

  • Participate in productive weekly or regularly scheduled status calls.
