Centre Principals have a crucial responsibility in steering the leadership and ensuring the operational success of early childhood centres. As the foundational leader, you will inspire and support both children and their communities while guiding a team of dedicated educators.

Leading a professional teaching team, fostering their growth and helping them realize their goals are essential duties. You will also champion the overall viability and nurturing environment of the centre.

Requirements

• Possession of a Degree or Diploma in Early Childhood Education, along with a Diploma in Pre-school Education-Leadership (DPL).
• Having a minimum of two years’ experience supervising within a preschool environment.
• Demonstrating strong leadership capabilities and a fervent passion for shaping young children’s lives.
• Exhibiting outstanding skills in communication and interpersonal relations.
