About the Role

Salt Creek Capital is looking to add a seasoned operating executive to its team as an Executive Partner. This leadership role entails actively collaborating with the firm to assess potential acquisition targets of companies that the executive will then lead as President & CEO after the transaction closes.

Primary Responsibilities

In the capacity of CEO, the individual will be responsible for the comprehensive management of profit and loss, crafting strategic growth plans, and overseeing all operational aspects of the company. The CEOs for acquisitions managed by Salt Creek Capital hold the highest executive position within their organizations and have reporting and participatory roles on their respective boards of directors.

Required Qualifications

• A minimum of 10 years’ experience in senior management roles, including successful track records in P&L management and/or serving as President or General Manager.
• A strong desire and ability to engage as a business partner while balancing fiduciary duties across multiple stakeholders.
• Demonstrated success and enthusiasm for running businesses focused on maximizing free cash flow and EBITDA.
• An entrepreneurial mindset with readiness to assume high responsibilities aligned with commensurate rewards.
• Proven capacity to control all facets of company operations effectively.
• A record of enhancing profitability through proactive business development initiatives.
• Outstanding professional references and a reputation for integrity.
