Post-Contract Quantity Surveyor

About the Role

We are seeking a Post-Contract Quantity Surveyor to become a vital part of our team based in Dubai. The successful applicant will handle all facets of cost management and contract administration during the post-contract stage of ongoing projects.

Responsibilities & Requirements

• A minimum of 7 to 10 years of combined professional experience, with at least 2 years working within the local market.
• Prior consultancy experience is highly beneficial, demonstrating a solid grasp of contract procedures, cost control measures, and client engagement.
• Experience on building and villa projects, showing familiarity with construction methods, material specifications, and recognized measurement standards.
• Strong analytical abilities, numerical proficiency, and excellent communication skills to effectively prepare valuations, cost reports, and contractual paperwork.
• Preferred possession of a valid driving license and access to a personal vehicle to manage site inspections and coordinate projects efficiently.
• Currently residing in Dubai and able to commence work within a reasonable period.
