PMO Governance Lead (m/f/d)

Role Overview

This position is for a PMO Governance Lead to steer governance for AI-focused programmes from the initial setup stage through delivery and eventual value capture. The role is based in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates.

Programme Governance & Delivery

• Take ownership of governance across all AI programme streams throughout the entire lifecycle, starting with initiation and continuing until business value is realised.
• Set up and maintain programme governance mechanisms such as RAID logs, decision-making structures, and escalation paths.
• Drive accountability for delivery across cross-functional groups, including product, engineering, data, and business transformation teams.
• Create concise, leadership-ready reports for senior executives and board-level stakeholders, emphasizing practical insights and recommended actions.
• Monitor interdependencies among concurrent workstreams and address potential clashes before they affect progress.
