Key Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive assessments to diagnose issues in residential and small commercial plumbing and drain systems.
- Identify and resolve drain-related problems such as blockages, leaks, and pipe damages using appropriate diagnostic methods.
- Employ specialized equipment and tools to execute drain cleaning, unclogging, and repairs.
- Install, maintain, and repair drain pipes, fittings, and fixtures to ensure optimal functioning.
- Maintain professional, honest communication with customers, explaining plumbing problems and available solutions effectively.
- Deliver exceptional customer service and work to guarantee satisfaction with all services provided.
- Keep detailed records of work performed, including photographic documentation before and after service completion.
- Advise customers on proper maintenance and best practices to prolong the life of their drain systems.
- Follow company safety protocols rigorously and participate in required safety training sessions.
Qualifications
- Preferably between one to five years of experience in plumbing and drain services.
- Possession of a plumbing degree, license, or completion of an apprenticeship program.
- Current plumbing certification in compliance with state requirements.
- Proficient in diagnosing and resolving typical residential plumbing issues.
- Strong familiarity with plumbing systems, relevant equipment, and fixtures.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills enabling clear interaction with customers and team members.
