Plant Operator

About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Plant Operator to join our tyre pyrolysis facility located in Jamnagar, Gujarat. The position requires an individual with 2 to 5 years of experience and relevant technical education such as ITI or Diploma. This role involves overseeing continuous pyrolysis processes to convert tyres into reusable resources.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate and continuously monitor the tyre pyrolysis plant's processes
• Control critical parameters including reactor temperature, pressure, and feed rate
• Supervise recovery of oil, gas, carbon black, and steel from the process
• Maintain smooth and efficient plant operation with minimal downtime
• Adhere strictly to standard operating procedures (SOPs), use of personal protective equipment (PPE), and all safety protocols
• Support maintenance teams during plant breakdowns and scheduled shutdowns

Preferred Experience

Candidates with experience in tyre pyrolysis, oil refinery, chemical processing, petrochemical, cement, steel, or other continuous manufacturing plants are highly valued.

Additional Information

This opportunity is currently open for immediate hiring. Compensation offered ranges from INR 20,000 to INR 25,000 per month.
