About Ultra Clean Technology

Key Responsibilities
- Verify parts maintenance before project commencement.
- Manage inventory of 500 to 1000 items per project.
- Plan and schedule material availability to ensure on-time production and meet customer delivery commitments.
- Coordinate with Buyers, Operations, Programme, and Warehouse teams for timely deliveries.
- Maintain accurate system data for purchase and fabrication parts.
- Identify potential production bottlenecks and prepare contingency plans.
- Collaborate with vendors on new revision materials and temporary change orders.
- Renew, monitor, and translate forecasts into material plans while adjusting with suppliers as needed.
- Execute materials planning and purchasing to fulfill production requirements.
- Review daily reports with the purchasing department.
- Coordinate with quality engineers regarding any non-conforming materials.
- Ensure suppliers deliver materials within scheduled timelines.
- Participate in production and other relevant meetings to communicate updates.
- Generate management reports and perform assigned tasks as directed by superiors.
Educational & Certification Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Science, Mathematics, Materials, or Industrial Engineering, or
- Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics, or Industrial Systems Engineering.
Experience Required
- At least 2 years of experience for candidates with Bachelor’s degree in related fields.
- Minimum 5 years of experience for candidates with diploma qualifications.
- Preferably experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Comfortable with paperwork and system data updates.
Additional Information
- Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:15 PM.
- Company provides transport pick-up from Woodlands, Sengkang, and Tampines MRT stations.
