Job Overview

We seek a committed and proactive Placement Officer to oversee job placement activities for fresh technical and non-technical graduates. This position demands close collaboration with students and employers to facilitate successful employment and career advancement.

Key Responsibilities

Manage the entire recruitment process from start to finish
Assess and shortlist applicants' resumes effectively
Match candidates to appropriate job openings based on their skills and credentials
Liaise with organizations for placements, internships, and training sessions
Ensure seamless onboarding by following up with candidates
Offer career guidance and placement assistance to students
Develop and sustain strong corporate partnerships
Utilize social media platforms to promote placement activities
Track students' joining status and oversee training programs

Qualifications and Skills

Degree or MBA, preferably with specialization in Human Resources
Open to fresh graduates and applicants with up to two years of experience
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Canva, Google Docs, Sheets, and Slides
Experience in managing emails via Gmail and Outlook
Familiarity with video conferencing tools such as Zoom, Google Meet, and Microsoft Teams
Basic computer and internet capabilities
Competent in managing social media platforms
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
Strong persuasive skills and ability to build networks
Self-driven with confidence and adaptability to work schedules
Genuine enthusiasm for placement activities and student career growth

Language Requirements

Professional proficiency in English, both written and spoken
Conversational skills in Malayalam

Additional Information

Preference for candidates who can join immediately
Applicants with a clear vision for placement initiatives will be highly regarded
The role requires working onsite at our Ernakulam location
