About the Role
We are looking for a committed Placement Coordinator to join our team at IIM Skills in Noida, Sector 2. This position operates from 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM and offers a monthly compensation up to ₹30,000.
Primary Responsibilities
- Engage in active calling and outreach to corporate clients
- Facilitate follow-ups and successfully close placement opportunities
- Generate and manage placement-related leads and opportunities
Candidate Requirements
- At least six months of experience in placement coordination or sales roles
- Strong verbal communication and telephone skills
- Proven experience in corporate outreach and client interactions
- Preference given to candidates residing in or near Noida
