Available Roles and Responsibilities

Pipe Layers

Proven experience installing sewer, stormwater, and water mains.
Capability to handle manual labor and repetitive tasks involving moderate to heavy lifting and reaching.
Competency in shooting and reducing levels using a Dumpy level instrument.
Ability to set up and operate pipe lasers.
Skill in reading, interpreting, and understanding engineering plans and standards.
Possession of confined space, quick cut, and front-end loader certifications is desirable.

Excavator Operators

Experience operating excavators weighing over 20 tonnes.
Knowledge and experience managing lifting operations safely.
Capability to perform deep excavations effectively.
Skill in working with shoring systems.
Proficient in trenching, pipe placement, backfilling, and compaction tasks.

Foreman

At least two years of prior experience as a Civil Drainage Foreman.
Strong understanding of advanced civil pipework principles, particularly in residential subdivision environments involving deep sewer, stormwater, and water installation.
Ability to manage adverse ground conditions expertly.
Comprehensive familiarity with current Southeast Queensland standards.
Dedication to occupational health and safety and safe work procedures.
Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, with influence.
Holding various plant machinery tickets is highly advantageous.
