Job Overview
The role involves selecting and packaging products accurately to fulfill orders efficiently and maintaining organization in the packing area.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and pick the correct items corresponding to each customer order.
- Verify the quantity and condition of products before packing.
- Securely and appropriately pack products using suitable materials such as boxes, envelopes, bubble wrap, and tape.
- Carefully cross-check product labels along with shipping labels to ensure accuracy.
- Ensure the right product is packaged for the intended customer.
- Assist in organizing both the products and packing supplies.
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the packing workspace.
- Adhere to guidelines issued by supervisors during the process.
- Promptly report any damaged, missing, or incorrect items to the supervisor.
