A highly organized and proactive Personal Assistant / Household Manager is sought for a high-net-worth individual in Clearwater, Florida. This onsite role demands discretion, professionalism, and strong initiative to manage personal and household affairs seamlessly.

Key Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day household operations ensuring cleanliness, organization, and smooth functioning of the home
Plan, coordinate, and prepare meals or oversee meal scheduling
Assist in maintaining health and wellness routines, including scheduling workouts and appointments
Support child care activities such as scheduling, transportation, and meal management
Collaborate with the Executive Assistant to manage calendars and daily schedules
Run errands, handle personal shopping, and maintain household inventory and supplies
Coordinate with vendors, service providers, and manage household maintenance
Anticipate and resolve issues proactively to simplify daily living
Uphold strict confidentiality and maintain professionalism consistently

Qualifications

Previous experience in roles like Personal Assistant or Household Manager supporting private individuals or families
Exceptional organizational skills and keen attention to detail
Resourceful and proactive attitude with ability to work independently
Strong multitasking capabilities and effective time management
Experience or comfort working in private home settings with hands-on involvement
Trustworthy, discreet, and professional demeanor
Valid driver's license and dependable transportation
Must reside locally in or around Clearwater, FL
