About the Role
This opportunity is on behalf of a partner organization seeking a People Partner based in the United States. The role offers a pivotal chance to influence employee experiences and support organizational growth in a dynamic, global setting. The People Partner acts as a strategic advisor to leadership, fostering strong team cultures, enhancing performance, and guiding change management efforts. Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with business leaders to identify organizational needs and formulate people strategies aligned with company goals and team development.
- Manage and enhance performance management activities including review cycles, calibration sessions, compensation advice, and coaching for managers.
- Offer expert guidance on employee relations by assisting managers and staff to resolve challenges impartially and thoughtfully.
- Facilitate organizational development by evaluating team structures, pinpointing improvement areas, and supporting implementation of solutions.
- Support change management by aiding leaders and teams through organizational transitions.
- Establish trusted partnerships across management and cross-functional teams to deliver continuous HR advice and strategic input.
- Interpret People metrics and employee lifecycle data to spot trends, extract insights, and guide evidence-based decisions.
- Engage in programs aimed at increasing employee engagement, retention, development, and workplace experience.
- Contribute to initiatives driving culture, inclusivity, and employee growth within the organization.
- Participate in broader People team efforts to expand HR capabilities across the company.
Candidate Profile
- Minimum five years of progressive experience in HR or People roles, preferably as an HR or People Partner supporting various teams or departments.
- Demonstrated expertise in organizational design, change management, performance management, employee engagement, coaching, development, and designing People-centric programs.
- Proficiency in leveraging People analytics to identify patterns, troubleshoot issues, and guide business decisions.
- Strong business acumen to effectively connect people strategies with measurable business results.
- Proven track record of collaborating with managers and leadership, influencing decisions, and driving accountability.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills capable of building confidence across organizational tiers.
- Experience working with global or distributed teams that possess diverse perspectives.
- A collaborative approach to engaging HR functions such as recruiting, operations, and rewards for seamless teamwork.
- Well-developed problem-solving skills, adaptability, and dedication to continuous learning and improvement.
- Commitment to fostering inclusivity and prioritizing employee wellness.
