Overview

Key Responsibilities
- Administer payroll operations for over 150 clients spanning diverse industries such as care, legal, healthcare, finance, and film.
- Assist with transitioning to Brain Payroll, a cloud-based payroll software, with comprehensive training provided.
- Handle complete payroll processes along with generating accurate reports.
- Perform calculations involving Statutory Sick Pay, Statutory Maternity Pay, P11Ds, Apprenticeship Levy, and Employment Allowance.
- Detect and resolve payroll errors and discrepancies with precision and efficiency.
- Provide support for onboarding new clients with high processing volumes.
Candidate Profile
- Demonstrated payroll experience in a bureau or multi-client environment.
- In-depth knowledge of payroll legislation and regulatory compliance.
- Exceptional organizational skills with the capacity to manage multiple deadlines.
- Proactive, detail-focused approach with adaptability to new technology systems.
