Role Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Patient Care Coordinator to join our team at Medzuro Wellness Private Limited, located in Jagatpura, Jaipur. This role is strictly on-site and involves managing patient interactions and facilitating seamless treatment experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Facilitate communication and coordination with patients throughout their treatment pathways.
- Schedule outpatient department (OPD) consultations with medical professionals.
- Organize diagnostic tests and necessary medical investigations.
- Support patients during hospital admissions and discharge procedures.
- Collaborate effectively with doctors, hospital staff, and internal teams to ensure smooth operations.
- Maintain detailed patient records and conduct regular follow-ups to address needs.
- Offer professional support to both domestic and international patients.
Candidate Requirements
- Minimum education required is completion of 12th grade; graduates are preferred.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Preference will be given to candidates with knowledge or experience in medical, healthcare, nursing, pharmacy, hospital administration, or patient care sectors.
- Ability to comprehend and communicate in basic English is essential.
- Strong communication skills, a positive demeanor, and basic computer literacy are necessary.
- Applicants must reside in Jaipur or be within commuting distance of Jagatpura.
- Candidates from outside Jaipur or distant locations will not be considered.
Work Conditions and Expectations
- Working hours are from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, six days per week, with Sundays off.
- Office-based role; remote or hybrid work arrangements are not available.
- Candidates must demonstrate reliability, punctuality, professionalism, and be free from habits such as consuming gutkha, tobacco, or pan masala during office hours.
- Commitment to regular attendance and a long-term career with the organization is expected.
Additional Information

Compensation
The monthly salary range for this position is between INR 12,000 and INR 18,000.
