Role Overview

We are seeking a Partnerships Lead to spearhead growth via strategic partnerships, influencer marketing, content creation, and brand activations. This hands-on position involves a wide variety of tasks ranging from managing influencer campaigns and developing brand partnerships to attending events and creating social media content.

Key Responsibilities

• Direct and oversee influencer, ambassador, and affiliate programs across global regions.
• Establish and nurture partnerships with creators, talent managers, media, agencies, and brands.
• Organize and implement influencer gifting campaigns to maintain ongoing engagement.
• Identify and cultivate strategic partnerships with aligned businesses including brands, retailers, wellness organizations, and events.
• Lead integrated marketing and product launch campaigns from planning through execution.
• Manage Hismile's presence at trade shows, industry events, and brand activations.
• Initiate product sampling efforts to expand brand awareness and reach new audiences.
• Monitor trends, emerging creators, and cultural moments to uncover new partnership opportunities.
• Create compelling social media and paid advertising content, including on-camera appearances.
• Collaborate with Creative, Performance Marketing, and Brand teams to bring campaigns to fruition.
• Maintain accurate tracking and reporting of all campaign and partnership activities.
• Support broader brand marketing initiatives and daily projects as required.

Candidate Profile

• Demonstrated experience in partnerships, influencer marketing, PR, social media, or related disciplines.
• Exceptional organizational skills with keen attention to detail and ability to juggle multiple projects.
• Confident in managing relationships with influencers, creators, agencies, and external partners at varied levels.
• Strategically minded and proactive in identifying growth opportunities.
• Comfortable being on camera and producing engaging content.
• Passionate about marketing, social media, and consumer brands in beauty and wellness.
• Prepared to travel for events, campaigns, and activations.
• Excellent verbal and written communication tailored to representing the brand professionally.
